Set up a direct debit with Halton Cleaning Services.
We use Go Cardless the UK’s leading Direct Debit Provider.

In order to make things easier for our customers and to avoid having to disturb you with evening cash collections, HCS has teamed up with Go cardless to offer our customers a simple payment option.
We are encouraging all our customers to take advantage of the automated Direct Debit via the GoCardless.com service.

To set up automatic payments simply click the Go Cardless button at the bottom of the page and fill in the Secure & Simple per-authorisation form.
Then with a prior email notification after each window clean payment will be collected within 3-5 days.
You will receive an email from Go cardless stating when payment will be collected.

This is not a monthly Direct Debit set up so you will not be charged until after we have provided our services.
If you are at home and would like to pay by cash credit or debit card on the day we have provided our services no problem you can make payment and no direct debit payment for that months service will be debited by direct debit
No personal details are shared with any 3rd parties.
All financial transactions are handled by Go Cardless and no details are disclosed or held by HCS.

We also offer our customs the choice to pay via credit or debit card if you are there when we provide our services.

Just ask who ever is providing your service on that day and they can take your payment via our secure card processing service.

If you would still like to pay via cash then you can still pay by this method if you are around to make your payment.

Payment Terms

Firstly, thank you for your business!

Domestic Customers
All our regular domestic window cleaning customers, we do expect payment on the day our services are completed or within 3 days of the date your services was completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing between both parties.
In the event of late payment, invoices unpaid will incur a surcharge of £30, .
The client has within seven (7) days from the date of the written notification to pay £30 plus the original invoice amount.
If payment is not received within the seven (7) days we automatically instruct our debt collection agency to recover the full invoice amount plus surcharge fee.
The debt collection agency may include their own fees of which we are not responsible.


Commercial Clients
For all our commercial cleaning services, we do expect payment within fourteen (14) days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing between both parties.
In the event of late payment, invoices unpaid will incur a surcharge of £30, notified in writing.
The client has within seven (7) days from the date of the written notification to pay £30 plus the original invoice amount.
If payment is not received within the seven (7) days we automatically instruct our debt collection agency to recover the full invoice amount plus surcharge fee.
The debt collection agency may include their own fees of which we are not responsible.
